GVJ Project Management Solutions are currently registered on the Panel of Professional Services with RailCorp for the supply of project managers and other engineering staff.

We also have a team of experienced dispute resolution practitioners, who can provide a variety of services to assist in the resolution of employee grievances. GVJ can incorporate these services into Clients existing employee grievance resolution system or design & implement a resolution mechanism for a particular purpose if required.  Our dispute resolution services offers an in inter alia mediation, investigation, case appraisal, conciliation, conflict coaching, evaluative mediation, facilitation, fact finding, training & dispute counselling. GVJ understands that its services are in accordance with the terms referred to in the National Alternative Dispute Resolution Advisory Council 'Dispute Resolution Terms'.   All dispute resolution practitioners engaged by GVJ have particular expertise in workplace conflict resolution.  GVJ practitioners have training pertaining to diversity issues, including the particular needs of Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander employees & employees of culturally & linguistically diverse backgrounds. This is essential knowledge as it may hold the key to the parties’ understanding in respect of a particular dispute & it also ensures that there are no power imbalances, which could hinder sessions.
